IT | 27, 28 e 29 marzo 2015 il buon pescato del Mar Adriatico sbarcherà ad Asolo per ospitare la prossima tappa della manifestazione itinerante “Dal Mare alla Piazza”.
Lo scopo è quello di incentivare la conoscenza ed il consumo delle eccellenze dei prodotti ittici del Veneto provenienti dalla piccola pesca costiera, specialità locali ed autoctone, unendo insieme in un’unica piazza prodotti agroalimentari, ittici e vitivinicoli. Ci sarà un angolo “pescheria”, dove si potrà acquistare il pesce fresco trasportato in giornata dal mare, mentre i pescatori daranno lezioni su come aprire i molluschi o pulire o preparare il pesce. L’evento è libero e aperto a tutti e nella bella Piazza Brugnoli vi saranno numerosi stand in cui si faranno assaggi gastronomici.

EN | On 27th, 28th and 29th March 2015, the catch the Adriatic sea will be displayed in Asolo. “From the Sea to the Square” is a three-day event that will turn Piazza Brugnoli into a seafood marketplace.
The aim is to promote the knowledge and consumption of indigenous seafood in the Veneto. In the main square will be displayed and sold local fish varieties together with other typical produce. There will be a “fish market” corner, where you can buy fresh fish delivered during the day from the Adriatic sea, while fishermen will teach how to open the shellfish, clean as well as prepare the fish. The event is free and open to everybody. While in the beautiful Piazza Brugnoli there will be many stalls where to taste great food.
