“Dripping Taste: Treviso” – Oderzo 12th October & Treviso 19th to 20th October

Il cibo ed i dipinti sono due espressioni della stessa arte e da questo concetto trova ispirazione “Dripping Taste: Treviso”. L’arte dei sapori visivi e del palato s’incontra e sfocia in una serie di eventi che animeranno prima Oderzo il 12 Ottobre per poi spostarsi a Treviso il 19 e 20 ottobre.

L’ispirazione viene dalla “Action Painting” di Jackson Pollock la quale celebra l’armonia e l’equilibrio tra gli elementi. Nel nostro caso il “Gruppo Ristoratori della Marca Trevigiana” si mettera’ alla prova, portandoci in un viaggio che parte dalla cultura rurale, quella degli ingredienti a km 0, approdando all’esperienza artistica. Un connubio tra piatto e dipinto.

Saranno i luoghi simbolo della vita cittadina a far da cornice al Dripping Taste. Ad Oderzo la manifestazione si svolgera’ in un’unica data tra Piazza Grande ed il Parco di Palazzo Foscolo. Nei due giorni a Treviso l’evento si dislochera’ tra piazza Borsa, Musei ed Atelier del gusto.

Esperienza culinaria ed artistica per soddisfare il gusto e la vista e magari imparare qualcosina di nuovo.

The food and the paintings are two expressions of the same art and from this concept takes inspiration “Dripping Taste: Treviso.” The art of visual and palate flavors meets and flows into a series of events that will animate first in Oderzo on 12th October moving then to Treviso on 19th and 20th October.

The inspiration comes from the “Action Painting” of Jackson Pollock in which it is celebrated the harmony and balance between the elements. In our case, the “Gruppo Ristoratori di Treviso” is put to the test , taking us on a journey that starts from the rural culture, the one of the ingredients at 0 km, till the artistic experience . A winning combination of food and painting.

The landmarks of the cities will be the backdrop to the “Dripping Taste”. In Oderzo the event will take place in a single date between Piazza Grande and the Park of Palazzo Foscolo. Whereas in Treviso the two-day event will be displaced in several places among Piazza Borsa , Museums and Atelier taste.

Culinary and artistic experience to suit the taste as well as the view and maybe it’s a chance to learn a little something new.
